This policy explains what information ClickRig ("we", "us") collects through clickrig.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email hello@clickrig.com.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company website
- Your approximate monthly ad spend and the type of help you're looking for
- Anything you write in the message field
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We don't use this to identify you.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and discuss working together
- To prepare a proposal or account audit you've asked for
- To keep a record of our conversations with you
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We won't add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or cookies to track you. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you load the page. If you open the booking window, it's provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers we use to run this site and our business:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides our email and calendar.
- Calendly handles call bookings. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the relationship and our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@clickrig.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor those requests.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to inquiry data to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
